If you're not satisfied with your Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. You can request a refund by:
- Replying to your purchase receipt email from Paddle
- Contacting Paddle support directly at paddle.com/support
- Reaching out via the contact information on the main website
3. After 30 Days
Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the software has a critical defect that cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued regardless of the purchase date.
4. License Deactivation
Upon refund, your Pro license will be deactivated. You can continue using the free version of Wattro.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
