Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Wattro Pro. Wattro is developed by BAWR Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for all Pro purchases.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@wattro.app from the address you used at checkout, including your Polar order confirmation (subject line: "Refund — Wattro Pro"). We will approve the refund, and Polar will return the funds to your original payment method. You may alternatively contact Polar directly using the email and order ID from your receipt.

3. EU / UK Consumer Digital-Delivery Notice

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By proceeding with checkout and consenting to immediate delivery of your license key, you agree that this 14-day withdrawal right is waived once the license key is issued. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless and is offered in addition to — and independently of — your statutory rights.

4. After 30 Days

Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Software has a critical defect that cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued regardless of the purchase date.

5. License Deactivation

Upon refund, your Pro license will be deactivated at its next periodic re-validation (within approximately 35 days). You can continue using the free version of Wattro.

6. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us, please email support@wattro.app at the same time. Given our 30-day no-questions-asked policy, a direct refund is almost always faster than a chargeback.
